Smart Energy Things delivers smart-home, portable-power and connected-care products across the United Kingdom. This page explains the delivery choices, timeframes and support available before and after you order.
UK delivery options
- Express delivery: typically 1–3 working days where offered.
- Standard delivery: typically 3–5 working days.
- Free standard delivery: available on eligible UK orders over £50.
The services available for your order are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery address, product size, weight and stock location. Carrier services may include Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Yodel or another suitable tracked service.
Order processing and tracking
After checkout, we confirm your order by email. When tracking is available, dispatch or tracking information is sent to the email address used for the order. Delivery estimates are working-day estimates and can be affected by weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption or remote-location service restrictions.
Delivery estimates on product pages
Some product pages show an estimated delivery date based on current stock and the selected item. Treat that date as an estimate rather than a guarantee. If an item has an unusually long lead time, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
Delivery area
We currently accept online orders for delivery within the UK. Availability and pricing for Highlands, islands and other remote postcodes are confirmed at checkout. If no suitable service appears, contact us before placing your order.
Damaged, delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel is late, damaged in transit or appears to be missing, email support@smartenergythings.co.uk or call +44 330 341 1727. Please include your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
Returns and cancellations
